This solar charge regulator is used in conjunction with a solar panel
(specifically the Solarflat range) for keeping any 12v battery in good health and charge state. It is a very simple piece of equipment to use, simply plug the solar panel, battery and (if applicable) the load - for example, lights. The connectors are all 'foolproof', meaning they cannot be connected in the wrong way. The regulator can handle up to 100W of solar power Specification:
Solar input - 7A Max
Over charge - 14V + 0.5V Over discharge - 11V +/- 0.3V |

Solarflat 2 for slowly trickle charging 12V batteries. It will gradually charge and keep batteries healthy, a real money saver, providing the battery is getting minimal use Ideal for running a small light (used for very small periods). Also perfect for keeping vehicle batteries, that are not used often, charged e.g. tractors, quads, motorcycles, jet skis and classic cars Specification: Max Power - 2W Maximum current - 140mA Frame: Aluminium Dimensions: 315 x 132 x 18mm ![]() Solar charge regulator recommended |

Solarflat 5 ideal for keeping electric fences going all year round without having to swap and charge different batteries. Simply mount or rest the panel near the battery being used for the electric fence energizer and attach the crocodile clips to the terminals. You can then walk away and with no need to worry about the battery going flat and animals escaping. Also perfect for occasional lighting, providing a low energy light bulb with enough power for an hour or 2 a day Specification: Max Power - 5W Maximum current - 360mA Frame: Aluminium Dimensions: 315 x 315 x 18mm ![]() Solar charge regulator recommended |

Solarflat 15 providing solar charging for a longer period. This 15W panel will easily power an electric fence battery and allow lighting to be used for a number of hours. It could also be used for charging phones etc (via the female vehicle plug) at the same time. Please note that if the battery being charged is less than 75Ah, a charge controller should be used, keeping the battery healthy and preventing overcharging. Specification: Max Power - 15W Maximum current - 1.0A Frame: Aluminium Dimensions: 315 x 925 x 18mm ![]() Requires solar charge regulator |
