We don't usually send items overseas due to postage costs.

However, if you contact us before purchasing a product an individual shipping price can be produced.

You should clean your clipper blades after every use.

Hold clipper in a downward position.

Apply the lubrication whilst the clippers are running.

Wipe off excess solvent.

This will keep blades clean.
It also means that the clippers will be in the correct state to clip next time.

Both the heavy duty and the light-medium duty clippers are capable of doing a full clip.

The heavy duty are the obvious choice for people that want to do a full clip on more than one horse at a time, otherwise the clippers may start to struggle after doing more than one horse.

The trimmers, however, are not suitable for doing full clips,

they are more for head and legs.

Trimmers are much smaller machines that are wire-less and rechargeable.

They are used for trimming individual and hard to reach areas as well as just tidying areas up. They cannot be expected to do jobs like hog manes etc.

A clipper is used for removing large quantities of hair and is generally mains operated.

Lighter duty clippers can often perform both clipping and trimming tasks.

These clippers have lots of power so a waste product of heat is expected.

This can be helped slightly by using the blades tensioner knob to loosen the blades off slightly.

But the main way of keeping the blades cooler and so cutting better is by using generous amounts of lubricating oil.

The only maintaining the clippers should need (as long as used properly) is frequent oiling and cleaning of blades.

Occasionally the blades will need to be sharpened or changed.

Currently we do not sell replacement blades for the
GTS 2005 sheep clippers.

However, they will take the readily available Heiniger sheep clipper blades.

All goods need to be returned in the original packaging, unused within 14 days for a full money back refund (excluding shipping).

The return shipping and insurance costs will be down to you to pay.

If the product is damaged then please inform us within 24 hours and we will arrange a return or replacement.

In this case we will refund the shipping cost for the return.

Our preferred payment option is by secure payment through Paypal but we do accept card payments through (TO BE SORTED OUT).

Unfortunately we do not accept cheques due the time they take to clear.

We've sold hundreds of sets of clippers over the past 5 years and have only had 1 set returned for being too loud.

They do become quieter with use too.

we offer a full year warranty on all items and parts. In the unlikely event of anything going wrong please contact us with your problem. If it is an easily fixable problem we can send you the parts. If not simply send them back and we will fix or replace the product.
